That's a great question! Though the answer may seem simple, there's actually more to it than 6 months or 12 months answer. The reason I say this is I've cleaned houses that need to be cleaned at least twice a year, and I've also cleaned houses that still looked good two years later. Each home is different. Your neighbor's house may need to be cleaned more often than yours. Normally, houses in neighborhoods with no trees should be cleaned every year or every two years. On the other hand, houses surrounded by trees get much more shade and should be cleaned every 6-12 months. I have one specific customer whose whole house gets cleaned once a year, but I clean the front of her house every 6 months due to the cobwebs and bugs that accumulate on the front side of her house. I recently cleaned a customer's house that wasn't too dirty, even though I cleaned it 2 years ago!
