I get asked all the time, "How are you able to pressure wash houses and apartments without using a ladder?"
Well, I use a 'soft wash' process of pressure washing to yield a deeper and safer cleaning. When most homeowners and maintenance crews think of pressure washing, they think about the high pressure coming from the pressure washing gun. That process is used when cleaning concrete. The 'soft wash' process I use to clean your property involves larger orifice tips. The larger holes yield lower pressure. I can put my hand in front of the gun when I'm cleaning your property due to the low pressure.
In conjunction with the low pressure, I do use sodium hypochlorite (bleach) and detergents. The bleach and detergents actually rid your property of the mold, mildew, and algae. The low pressure rinse simply removes the dead organics from your siding, wood, and painted areas.
I am able to reach 40+ feet in the air to clean those hard-to-reach areas due to my low-pressure high-volume machines. The high volume cleaning method, along with chemicals, allows me to work safer (from the ground) most of the time and clean faster. In return, I am able to charge extremely competitive prices while providing great quality work!
